Calling for Prophetic Outrage

I met Amy Butler 3 or 4 years ago at a gathering hosted by Christy & Bryan Berghoef. The gathering was the beginning of the Convergence Movement, an organization seeking to generate a "just and generous Christian spirituality, embodying a new Christian ethos, and committed to action - for all people, the poor, the planet, and peace."
Amy is the first female senior pastor of The Riverside Church in New York and the former pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Washington, D.C.
Morgan and I had a chance to catch up with Amy the week prior to President Trump's inauguration. Amy explains why she is seeking to use the pulpit as a place for a faithful response to what so far has been a tremulous first few days of the Trump presidency.
