Highway to the Dangerzone

In the news today was the story of a pastor being sentenced for his part in concealing evidence during a bankruptcy investigation.  The pastor of Seed Faith International Church in Waldorf, Maryland, has been sentenced to two years in prison for obstructing a bankruptcy investigation.  Robert J. Freeman, aka Dr. Shine, will also be required to pay over $360,000 in restitution.  Dr. Shine funneled money from Seed Faith International Church members to purchase 11 luxury vehicles and a home estimated in value well over $1 million dollars.

Now I am not sharing this to make a point about the need for accountability in churches.  Its hard to believe that there was any money left to steal from the church after the CGI bill was paid for their "Top Gun of Deliverance" promo.  I just hope that Goose, Maverick, and Iceman are receiving their due royalties every time this video is played.
